Leadership & Team Facilitation
Leadership & Team Facilitation
Teams end up acting roles too — the version of "professional" that keeps everyone safe but nobody honest. I do this work with executive teams finding their footing after restructuring, teams learning how to be and to work together, leaders taking on new roles and new teams, leaders learning how to build trust and alignment, or leaders learning to repair.
This isn't strategy consulting. I won't write your strategy document or hand you a leadership framework built for someone else's team. I'm the person in the room asking the questions nobody's quite asked yet, and then waiting — comfortably — for the real answer.
Using Martha Beck's Wayfinder Coaching methodology — a grounded, embodied approach to moving forward with integrity — we dig through the layers that have been shaped by expectation, performance, and the relentless pressure to do it all right. And we find, underneath all of that, the team that just needed some space to grow.

Leaders and teams going through change, or wanting to change a way of working that they know is not, well, working. This could look like a restructure, a merge, a new leader stepping into a role that's broken a few people before them, a team that's stopped being honest with each other, or simply just something in your team or organisation that feels off.
-
Every engagement starts with understanding what's going on before we decide what the work looks like. This is in the form of a call with the team lead or HR lead.
From there, it's a multi-step facilitated process over a few months rather than a single workshop. Team sessions are interwoven with 1:1 preparation for the leader beforehand. The pace of the programme and the length of each session is set by what the team can actually absorb.
Sessions take place mostly online, and in person when it’s required.
-
Because everyone wants to grow. And growing within the supportive structure of a great team is a wonderful way to do that.
-
Apply one rigid framework to every person or team who walks in, as if people were a type rather than a person. Teams are unique in the same way that each person within the team is unique, and when you unearth this the team can flourish.
